FPIS does, on a request and select basis, contract with home owners in providing a concierge type service that visits the property twice monthly. During the visits, we insure the physical integrity of the dwelling as well as insuring all operating systems are functioning properly. We provide a multitude of in-home services to include:
- Interior/exterior lighting as programmed.
- AC is functioning properly.
- Interior pest treatment
- Periodic maintenance to include changing filters, setting clocks, and general cleaning is conducted.
- Affixes/removes hurricane shutters/panels as supplied when needed.
- Operates all plumbing fixtures to insure proper operation, no leaks etc.
- Visually inspects the interior and exterior to insure physical security.
- Client arrival/departure preparation.
- Informs the homeowners regularly on the status of the property.
- Performs other concierge type duties as requested.
We are presently contracted with several homeowners that subscribe to this service. Houses range from 2+ million dollar beach front homes to smaller single family
residences and condos. If you are interested in this service, please contact me and I shall be happy to answer all your questions.
Pricing for this service varies and depends on the size and location of the property and the services performed.
